Trisha S. Allen, CPA, CTRS, CCA
Owner / Founder
Trisha has worked in accounting and tax for 15 years, specializing in business and individual accounting & advisory services, tax planning, tax preparation, and tax resolution. She has extensive experience in working with dentists and many other industries.
She specializes in C-Corps, S-Corps, Partnerships, Sole Proprietors, and Individuals. She has a Master's degree in Accounting & Financial Analysis, and a Bachelor's in Computer Science. Trisha is an active member of PASBA, The Professional Association of Small Business Accountants and CASBA (Colorado chapter of PASBA). She is also a member of the American Society of Tax Problem Solvers, providing representation for taxpayers before the IRS and state taxing authorities.
